Quotation request — personal data notice
1. Data controller and contact details

2. Data collected, collection method and purposes
When you submit the electronic contact/quotation form, we collect your name, email address, request message and, if provided, company, phone number, selected product codes, dimensions and quantities. We process these details to evaluate your requirements, identify suitable products, prepare a quotation, respond and follow up on your request. Company and phone are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people.
To prevent abuse, the connection IP address is converted into a one-way keyed hash used for an approximately one-hour submission limit. Hosting and email services may process technical connection/log information to operate and secure their services.
3. Legal grounds
Request information directly connected with establishing or performing the contract/quotation you request is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698. Communication with business representatives and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Other applicable statutory grounds may apply to legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or protection of rights. The reading acknowledgement in the form is not a marketing permission or blanket consent.
4. Access and disclosure
Authorised company personnel may access your request as required for their duties. Requests are stored in the WordPress administration panel and emailed to the company’s quotation mailbox. Hosting, maintenance and email providers may process necessary information in accordance with applicable law. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities or authorised parties in legal proceedings when legally required. Form information is not sold for advertising, and submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
5. Retention and deletion
The current retention period for website quotation records is 90 days. The daily automated cleanup removes expired records. Mailbox copies, server logs and backups are held in separate systems and require separate deletion under the company’s retention and backup processes. Personal data that is no longer needed for its purpose or a legal retention requirement should be deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights and requests
Article 11 of Law No. 6698 provides rights to learn whether your data is processed; request information about processing, purposes and appropriate use; learn the recipients; request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data and deletion/destruction where the conditions apply; request notification of these actions to recipients; object to adverse outcomes resulting solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You may send a written request to the company address above or use other methods permitted by the Turkish Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You may email info@adasigma.com from an address previously provided to the company and registered in its systems. Identity verification depends on the application method; do not upload identity documents through the contact form. Requests are handled as soon as possible and within 30 days, subject to the applicable statutory requirements.
Quote list and browser storage
Your quote list is stored locally in your browser. You can remove it using “Clear list” or by clearing the browser’s site data. The list may be sent to the site server for product/quantity validation before form submission; submitting the form adds it to your request. Necessary cookies may support WordPress sign-in and language preferences. No advertising or visitor analytics tool has been added to the current site.
Google Maps and external links
The contact-page map loads when you select “Show Google map”. This connects to Google, which may process your IP address, browser information and cookies/data under its own services. Directions open Google Maps. Google services may involve data processing outside Türkiye. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms. You can use the address, phone, email and quotation form without opening the map.

This page is updated when privacy practices change. Additional collection, advertising/analytics or disclosure services require corresponding notices and, where applicable, permission mechanisms.
